Clinic Info

Our clinics are free for all participants! Registration is required.

Volunteer attorneys will help you with paperwork needed to obtain the necessary court documents needed to correct your name and/or gender marker on your identifying documents (driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, etc.).

Please bring as many of the following documents as possible:
– License/ID
– Social security card
– Birth certificate
– Doctor’s letter
– Fingerprint card

You will eventually need all these documents to obtain your name and/or gender marker correction, but if you do not have any/all of them when you come to the clinic, that is okay. Our volunteers will help you figure out what documents you need and how to get them.

Please note that you must either be a Texas resident or a Texas native to participate in one of our clinics.

Clinic Schedule

Register here for the next available dates.

Clinics are held in person or virtually via videoconferencing. You must register in advance to participate in a clinic. See our schedule below and be sure to check our Instagram page for the latest updates.

On the 3rd Thursday of the month, we host a virtual clinic, and the following Saturday, we meet in person at the Montrose Center. During Pride Month, June, we collaborate with a local trans-led non-profit on a date and time TBD. There are no clinics during the month of December. This allows our volunteers time to rest and reset.
